Design & CAD
Concept, airframe design and CAD modelling, all in-house.

Every discipline a platform needs sits in one building. The people who decide what ships are the same people who build it — which is why the drawing and the finished part rarely disagree.
There are no layers between deciding something and doing it. The same hands take a part from CAD to layup to integration to test, and the person who signs it off is the person who made it. That is what keeps the standard even — there is nobody to hand it to.
It also shapes what we take on. We would rather deliver a few platforms properly than many approximately, so we turn down work that would force that choice.
Every design we create, every system we engineer, reflects our dedication to precision, reliability and progress.
Concept, airframe design and CAD modelling, all in-house.
Machining, 3D printing and assembly under one roof.
Tooling, prepreg layup and autoclave cure.
Inspection, integration, and ground and flight testing.
Concept development, CAD, manufacturing, integration and testing all happen here. Keeping the whole chain in one building is slower to set up and far faster to run — a change to a part is a walk across the floor, not a purchase order and three weeks.
Components are inspected against the drawing they were made to, and assemblies are tested before they go anywhere. If something does not meet the standard it goes back, however inconvenient the timing.
